On April 7, 2024 NYAROC held its season opening tour on Long Island out to historic Montauk Point.
Tour Masters GT Linton and Barbara provided a great route and stops for Lunch etc.
A good number of Alfisti took a tour of the Lighthouse which was commissioned by President George Washington and is still in use. Amazing engineering and historical artifacts were plentiful. Before concluding, several Alfisti climbed over 100 narrow angled steps to the top and enjoyed an incredible view.
We had a very good turnout and, as usual, everyone had a great time.
